- What
is the minimum order?
One (1) wholesale or retail, factory direct, mail order, or email photo attachment.
- What
is the turn-a-round time?
Personalized orders are typically manufactured and shipped within 2-7 days. Travel time to us and
back to the customer make the true turn-a-round time or delivery about 3 weeks. Please add 7-10 days
additional during November and December.
- What happens
to my photo or 35mm negative?
Originals are returned unharmed in your puzzle box or under separate cover if they do not fit your packaging.
- Wholesale
or Retail - which am I?
If you supply us with a Federal Tax ID and State Sales Tax Number, you are wholesale.
- What
is the Christmas deadline?
We must have your order by December 1st.
- Is the
photo on the puzzle box?
No, not for our personalized orders. In 98% of the puzzles, the photo from which the puzzle
was created is in the gift box. Photos larger than 5" x 7" are returned to you under separate
cover. No photos arrive with email puzzles.
- What
is the guarantee?
30 day, 100% satisfaction. We'll rework or refund the cost of the puzzle if you are not happy with it.
- Do you
make a 1000 piece puzzle?
No, our largest piece count is 408 out of a 14 1/2" x 19 1/2" format. Our largest puzzle is 16" x 20", 20 pieces.
- What
is the puzzle produced on?
80 point pasted chipboard. In layman's terms, it is recycled cardboard. 80 point is nearly twice the thickness of many manufacturers.
- How long
has Snapshot Puzzles been in business?
