1	Production Facility: Since 1982 we have been sheltered workshop based. We specialize in quick photo personalization and short run orders. State-of-the-art photographic, gluing and unique die cutting equipment are the key components used to manufacture our custom photo products.
2	Fast Turn-Around: We take pride in our history of prompt, courteous service. Typically it is just a 2-7 day in-house production to drop ship cycle. Same day service is available. Bulk/volume orders are quoted individually.
3	Guaranteed 100%: We'll quickly rework or refund for any product produced that a customer is not completely satisfied with.
4	Terms: 2% ten, net 15 and net 30 days for established and/or rated firms. Bulk/volume orders require a minimum 50% deposit and are quoted per written request.
5	Customer Originals: For photo puzzle production we recommend glossy color photos, wallet size through 5" x 7". Sorry, no negatives, slides or copyrighted materials can be processed without proper releases. Originals are returned unharmed and for extra security we keep copy negatives on file for one year!
6	Puzzles From Your Prints: At reduced rates customers may send photos or printed litho sheets that are glued to our puzzle board and produced into puzzles. Please call for specs.
7	Drop Ship Programs: Nearly 15 years of success! Standard first class drop shipments are made using your labels and packaging inserts. U.S.P.S. provides a safe, timely, reliable delivery service for single orders. U.P.S. has proven to be a very good delivery choice for order of multiple units. Bulk/volume orders of promotional or bulk specialty orders are shipped FOB, Buffalo, NY.
